Silver Garden Way sp. z o.o. ("we", "the Company") operates the website silvergardenway.eu. This policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Polish Act on Personal Data Protection.

• Server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL and pages visited, retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
• Cookies: a single first-party cookie (sgw_cookie_consent) stores your consent preference for 365 days. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are set.

Legal basis for processing

• Contact form data: your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form.
• Server logs: our legitimate interest in maintaining site security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How we use the data

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Contact form correspondence is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of last contact, after which it is permanently deleted.

Your rights
